Shipping Questions
Can I update shipping info after my order has been shipped?
Once an order has been set for shipment, the shipping carrier and information cannot be changed, and the order cannot be stopped or pulled from shipment.
Is COVID-19 Impacting Shipments?
Pandemic impacts mail operations worldwide
Many countries have taken steps in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that impact their postal operations and customer service. Delays in mail and package deliveries are common because of flight cancellations, staff reductions, government measures and other disruptions in workplaces and daily lives.
USA: Priority Mail's two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three-day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days, respectively.
The production timeline, on average, is currently 3+ business days on most products. Some products are further delayed noted on the individual product page. Multiple item orders are 5-7+ business days.
During the months of November and December, our holiday production time increases. Please view the seasonal production timeline.
The holiday production schedule increases the timeline to 4+ business days.
Military Shipping during this COVID-19 Impact can not be completed at this time once restrictions have been lifted BWJ Designs will be happy to send these VERY IMPORTANT shipments.

Can I change the shipping address on an order?
Yes. If your order hasn't shipped, locate the order number in your My Account/ Orders/ Processing Tab. Search the order number or customers name. Select the Details button and edit the shipping address. If there is a revised shipping fee you will be promoted to contact the support team.

I placed a multiple item order when will it ship?
Multiple item orders ship within 5-7 business days. Expedited options may be available. Please contact us(Subject Line: Order) for additional information.
I placed a multiple item order can it go to different address?
Multiple item orders with different shipping address must be placed separately. Discount may be available when shipping to 3 or more address and each order item total is over $65. Please contact us (Subject Line: Multiple Order) for additional information and before placing order.
What happens to my package when it is returned to sender?
Once we receive a returned package, we will contact you immediately to verify the shipping address. Re-shipping fees apply.
Once we notify you, the order will be discarded and not refunded if we do not receive a response within 7 business days.
I live in DC Metro Area, can I pickup my order?
Local pickup may be available! Please contact us (Subject Line: Local Pick-up) to schedule a pick-up. We are open Monday - Friday 11AM to 8PM EST.
Shipping Timelines
At checkout, you may notice estimated delivery timelines. BWJ Designs does not guarantee orders will be delivered by the carriers estimated arrival date.
There may be some circumstances when orders are delivered outside of the listed estimated time frame. Please reach out if you believe your order may be lost in transit.
Free shipping for normal delivery up to 15 business days due to custom nature of product or the production company AFTER processing time. Shipping times more than 15+ days will be noted on product page.
Rush Shipping orders delivered within 7-20 business days where applicable processing time not included.
Express Shipping includes RUSH processing time and delivered in 3-10 business days where applicable. When time limit can not be meet customer will be notified and offered RUSHED SHIPPING if customer did not reach out before placing order.
International Shipment Restrictions - Do NOT place orders.

Custom Orders

For most custom orders you can just select the options within the product page and choose from drop down options. Please ensure all spellings are correct. BWJ Designs print what you type. BWJ Designs is not responsible for any misspelling of word or phrases we do not complete spelling and grammar checks. BWJ Designs WILL NOT complete any custom orders which we deem Illicit, Offensive, Curse Word in full spelling or Vulgar.

If you are uploading a photo please make sure it has at least a DPI of 300 and minimum 15000px by 18000px or see size on product page. Vector images are best. Check out our videos on YouTube.

Creative Fabrica is great place for tumbler, mugs and t-shirt designs or funny sayings. Just search for items such as tumbler or mug designs, please note that any purchase on this site is separate from your order on BWJ Designs, but the design purchase will belong to you.
